OUR TRADING TERMS ARE SIMPLE
We supply customers promptly - delivery is usually next day - in return we ask customers to pay us promptly
Most customers pay with order – our preferred method.
Unless stated otherwise on our invoice amounts invoiced are payable within fourteen days.
GOODS SUPPLIED WITH A SALE OR RETURN INVOICE
Must be returned or paid for within 14 days.
How many other suppliers allow you to try before you buy?
Apply ONLY if we receive payment within the period stated on our invoice.
IF YOU CONSIDER OUR TERMS UNREASONABLE
Please remember that we are not bankers but blade manufacturers who provide a uniquely fast and cost effective service.
If we need to spend time reminding customers to pay small amounts they could easily afford to pay promptly we would need to increase our prices and that would penalise customers who pay their bills promptly as well as those who do not.
We would also be deprived of the many hours we spend every day helping customers who need technical support.
(Tech support is usually free to deserving customers)
